Rice Porridge

Lots of people finds porridge as favorite breakfeast. Maybe because it's really easy to cook and it doesn't take you more than 15 minutes of preparation. It is also very healthy and you can get all nutritions you need to start your day. There are lots of ingredients you can use to make porridge, such as oats, rice, quinoa, millet etc.

Portion: 3
Ingredients:
100 g bannana
400 ml dairy milk (you can also use some alternative milk)
130 g jasmine rice (boiled)
1 pcs egg yolk
vanilla
cinnamon

Instructions:
Smash the bannana and put it into saucepan. Than add milk with rice and heat it on medium flame. After 5 minutes add vanilla and cinnamon and keep the heat another 5 minutes.
Finally mix the egg yolk in and boil it for the last 1 minute. You can also place some nuts on the top, if you want.
