Zucchini Pancakes with Cottage Cheese and Tuna

Ingredients:
1 pc zucchini (grated)
70 g tuna (tin)
125 g cottage cheese
2 pcs eggs
3 tbsp spelt flour
50 g Eidam cheese (grated)
1/2 pc onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 handful parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper
Instructions:
In medium bowl mix zucchini, Eidam cheese, parsley, onion, eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
Heat a pan and fry half of the mixture on a medium frame.
Fill the pancake with cottage cheese and tuna and serve.
