Baked Chocolate Porridge

Ingredients:

50g oats

100 ml milk (or alternative milk)

10 g cocoa

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp honey

10 g chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blitz the oats in food processor to flour and mix with cocoa and baking powder.

  2. Add milk, honey, half of the chocolate chips and mix all together properly.

  3. Poor the mixture into baking dish and place the rest of the chocolate chips on top.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes in 180°C pre-heated oven.

  5. You can cover with milk before serving and decorate with some fruits.
