Ingredients:
180 g Noodles
66 g Broccolini
50 g Salmon, framed, flesh only, raw
50 g Cod, flesh only, raw
30 g Asda Gower's Selection Baby Corn
10 g Squid, raw
10 g Peppers, capsicumm, chilli, red, raw
10 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
8 g Prawns, king raw
6 g Soy sauce (Shoyu)

5 g Lime juice, fresh
5 g Ginger, fresh
4 g Coriander
3,8 g Rice vinegar
3 g Garlic, raw
Instructions:
Place coriander 1/2 of cilli lime lifes, ginger, soya sauce,, rice, vinegar and garlic into mixerand mix until is chunky pesto. Marinate all seafood and fish. Season well with salt and pepper.
Lay down 30 cm x 30 cm squere tine foile, place noodles on the bottom, then stemped brocoli, baby sweetcorn in the middle of each foil, season with salt and pepper. Top with seafood . Fold the foil over the fish and vegetables to close off the pack. Pinch the ends together so the pack stay closed. Bake in oven around 15 min.
Rest of coriander chop and mix with choped spring onion, second half of red chilli and 1/2 lime juice. Carefully open foil and dress all fish with this salsa.
