What drinks are suitable for drinking in summer or in steamy weather?

The answer to this question is not so simple, it depends on many other surrounding facts:

In case we are in a hot and dry environment, when we are not very dressed, it is better to drink a warm drink. Becouse of the heat connection, the function of the body sweat is established and if we are not over-dressed, the sweat evaporates, so the substance is converted from liquid to gaseous, so the body cools down. However if we are excessively dressed in a hot and dry environment, body sweat will have nowhere to evaporate in this consequences our temperature will raise up.

In a hot and dry environment, a hot drink will do better than a cold drink in terms of cooling.

Hoever if we are in a hot and humid environment and our body

are covered with many cloats, body sweat have nowhere to evaporate therefore cooling functioonns will no longer work then is better to choose a cold drink. It is best to consume unsweetened non alcoholic drinks with a temperature of 16C (the same temperature as tap water).

Consumption of alcohol in the summer causes Vasodilation - dilation of blood vessels, which leads to greater loss of body heat, but we must not be over dressed so that body sweat can easily evaporate

Otherwise body sweat will run down our body, it will be nowhere to evaporate and therefore to increase body temperature. Hoever consuming alcoholick drinks in vinter time for the purpose of increasing body temperature in completely inapproproate.

On summer holidays, it is therefore possible to drink cold mixed alcoholic beverages or beer in order to cool down. We just have to be careful about the excessive amount of calories and added sugar in these drinks. Always remember it is not an unhealthy drink but unhealthy is excessive consumption of these drinks!
